How do I know where my investments are held?
Our firm works directly with a qualified, independent custodian, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Our clients’ assets are held in accounts at our primary custodian, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Your assets will never be co-mingled with any other investments. Schwab provides access to your account(s) via their client portal located at www.schwaballiance.com. Your account(s) can also be accessed by going to the Client Center page on our website.

Can I view my accounts online at Charles Schwab?
Yes. You can access your up to date account information online by going to www.schwaballiance.com. At the login page, click on “New User” to complete a brief registration process. Schwab’s website and mobile app enable you to stay informed about your accounts while still relying on the one-on-one guidance provided by your investment advisor.

Can I receive paperless delivery (eDelivery) of key account documents from Charles Schwab?
Yes. Schwab offers paperless, eDelivery of important account documents. In order to enroll in eDelivery, you’ll first need to set up your online account access at www.schwaballiance.com. Once you’ve successfully logged in, go to “Services” and choose “Paperless”. You will then be able to enroll your account(s) for paperless delivery of important documents, including account statements, trade confirmations, and tax reports.

Can I receive paperless delivery (eDelivery) of my Valicenti reports?
Yes. Valicenti Advisory Services, Inc. offers paperless, eDelivery of your quarterly reports and tax summary reports. In order to sign up for this service, please contact us at (607) 734-2665 or email info@valicenti.com and we will establish a log in to our client vault. Once created, instructions will be emailed to you to access your daily account information and periodic reports.
